Number of Beds:  There are 76 beds in the hospital. Additionally, five are in the ER, seven beds in the operating rooms, one bed in the operating room in the ER.  All patient rooms are private. There is a bed available in each patient room for one family member.

Language:  There are the following bi-lingual staff available: Doctors 80% Bilingual, Nurses 70% and Billing Department Staff are 40% bilingual.

Method of payment for services:  Payment for services may be made by Mexican Insurance, Some international and US insurance plans, and also by Cash or Mexican Checks.  It is advised to contact the hospital prior to admission to see if your insurance is accepted.  Documentation will be provided to submit to your insurance company.  Deposits are required depending on the cost of the illness before admission.  Types of Treatments and Services available can be found on their website.

Nurse Patient Ratio:  In the ER there is one nurse for each patient, in the Hospital there are one nurse for each five patients and in the Intensive Care there is a one to one ratio.

Cardiovascular Physiology Clinic:  Modern diagnostic studies are performed and therapeutic technical equipment and trained personnel for early detection and prevention of cardiovascular disease through

Blood Bank is a service for which the primary function is to provide blood components necessary for the treatment of in house patients.The Blood Bank works according to the Official Mexican Standard NOM-253-SSA1-2011, and follows specific guidelines that allow a standardization of processes to ensure the quality of blood products as red cell concentrate, fresh plasma, platelet concentrates and Cryoprecipitate.

Laboratory:  The Clinical Laboratory serves inpatient and outpatient, and is equipped with advanced technology, fully automated, allowing precise studies that contribute to timely diagnosis. Our laboratory has sophisticated instruments that ensure the quality and accuracy of analysis.

Pharmacy; The hospital has a 24-hour pharmacy which is not open to the public.  A separate public pharmacy is available in the office tower.

Radiology:  The Imaging Department is responsible for conducting medical imaging studies required. The studies can be divided into areas according to their technological source of acquisition:
